How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, the original sales receipt must accompany the item.

We accept returns for exchange or refund within 7 calendar days from the delivery date of the product.

After 7 calendar days, returns may be considered at our sole discretion. In such cases, only an exchange or store credit will be offered.

Return Eligibility

Returned items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition.

This means:

• The item must show no signs of wear, use, or damage
• The return request must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery
• The item must not be a special order or custom order
• The item must not be marked as non-returnable or subject to a different return policy stated in its product description

Returns requested after 7 calendar days are not accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, please contact Customer Support immediately.

Items that qualify may be eligible for:

• Store credit
• Exchange
• Cash refund (where applicable)

Inspection & Refund Processing

All refunds and exchanges are subject to inspection once the returned item is received.

Refund approval is contingent upon the condition of the returned item.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to returned items that:

• Are not damaged
• Are not being exchanged

Important Return Conditions

You must contact us within 7 calendar days if you intend to return any item.

Items returned:

• After 7 calendar days
• Without prior return authorization

Will not be refunded.

Shipping Costs

If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for:

• All return shipping costs
